Mental Health Resources

Support for Your Mental Health

Finding the right support is one of the most important steps a woman can take. These resources serve the South Shore and Greater Boston area.

You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone

Mental health challenges affect women at every stage of life — and they rarely arrive at a convenient time. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply the weight of a difficult season, there are people and programs in this community ready to help.

Stable housing is often the foundation that makes other forms of support possible. When a woman has a safe, consistent place to sleep, eat, and breathe, she is better positioned to engage with therapy, medication management, and community connection. Steady Path Home provides that kind of private, supportive housing for women in the Quincy area.

Stable Housing Supports Mental Wellness

Steady Path Home is a privately operated women's supportive residence in Quincy, Massachusetts. We are not a mental health treatment provider, but we understand that stable, structured housing is often the first step toward healing. Many women who live with us are also working with therapists, outpatient programs, or peer support groups. We welcome women who are actively engaged in their own wellbeing.
